Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise digital products and platforms. This role focuses on driving product innovation, delivering data-driven solutions, and partnering across engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable, high-impact applications.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical fluency, capable of translating business needs into product solutions while influencing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals
• Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities through collaboration with business, engineering, and data teams
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product development and enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to build data-driven business cases and define success metrics
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and ROI
• Drive Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on system architecture, data models, and integrations
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product direction
• Serve as a product leader, aligning stakeholders and driving execution without direct authority

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of data-driven product development, including analytics and performance measurement
• Experience working with engineering teams on technical products, data platforms, or digital applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations
• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or customer-facing digital products
• Familiarity with data pipelines, schemas, and system integrations
